旅で出会った風景や文化、記憶を糸と色に編み込む。

暮らしと手しごとをテーマに、日本各地や海外を旅しながら、土地ごとの素材、手仕事、衣装、伝統柄に出会い、それらを糸と色に置き換えていく編み人／旅人です。
旅の記憶や空気感をすくいとりながら、日々の装いにそっと混ぜ込める「カケラ」を編んでいます。
作品が使い手のもとへ渡ったあとも、その「カケラ」からまた新たなドラマが生まれていくことを想像しながら、心がふっと高鳴るような手しごとを紹介していきたいと考えています。

As a knitting artisan and traveler, I journey through different regions of Japan and abroad, encountering local materials, crafts, garments, and traditional patterns, then translating those encounters into yarn and colour.
I try to capture the atmosphere and memories of each place and weave them into “kakera” — small fragments that can quietly slip into someone’s daily wardrobe.
Imagining the new stories that may begin from each piece once it reaches its wearer, I hope to share handwork that gently makes the heart lift.
